  • Full or partial payment may be required depending on the service or package
  • Payments can be made via approved methods (PayPal, Payoneer, bKash, Nagad, Bank, etc.)
  • Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension

4. Project Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness

  • Final delivery will be made after client approval

5. Revisions & Changes

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Delays from the client side may affect delivery time.

7. Ownership & Rights

  • After full payment, the client will have full ownership of the final website/project
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Third-party tools, themes, or plugins may have their own licenses

8. SEO Disclaimer

  • SEO results depend on multiple factors including competition, market, and search engine algorithms
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or instant results
  • We follow ethical (white-hat) SEO practices for long-term growth

9. Limitation of Liability

KiTo Agency will not be held responsible for:

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
  • Downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party services
  • Changes in search engine algorithms affecting rankings

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Ongoing services can be canceled with prior notice
